Permanently Delete Facebook Messages
How To Delete Messages Permanently From Facebook
Step 1. Click the "Messages" symbol on your Facebook homepage. The Messages icon is located in the leading left corner and also resembles two little overlapping speech bubbles.
Step 2. Click the conversation including the message or messages you wish to erase. If it is not listed on the preliminary Messages pop-up home window, click "See All" to watch every one of your private messages. Click the discussion on that list having the message you wish to remove.
Step 3. Click the "Actions" button and then click "Delete Messages" on the Activities drop-down menu.
Step 4. Click the check boxes situated next to the messages you wish to delete.
Click "Delete" and after that click "Delete Messages" to confirm that you intend to erase the picked messages.
Pointer
To remove a whole discussion instead of private messages, click "Delete Conversation" after clicking the Actions food selection in the third action.
Warning
Deleting a private message in your Messages inbox does not erase it from the inbox of your conversation partner.
